Customised Items
Items that are customised to your specification (e.g. licence plate text) cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival.
Non-Customised Items
For non-customised products, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the item, provided it is:
• Unused
• In its original condition
• Returned in original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@lalumora.com with your order number in the subject line within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
